Scholarships with NOEP
Faculty Training Program

Each May, NOEP sponsors faculty members from Texas professional nursing programs to participate in its 5-day Faculty Training Program at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Earn CNE as you update your knowledge and skills in cancer prevention, screening, and treatment. Upon completion, you'll be prepared to return to your school and offer up-to-date cancer education to students.

The scholarship includes:

  • 5 days of didactic and clinical observation in oncology education
  • Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credit will be awarded
  • Hotel accommodations (room only) and daily transportation to/from MDACC
  • Lunch each day (a breakfast buffet is served each day by the hotel)

The next Faculty Training Program will be held on May 21-25, 2012. Space is limited, so apply early!
