The information provided through the real life stories of these adolescents and young adults is very informative, not only for oncology nurses, but for ALL nurses. Regardless of the area of specialty, nurse are likely to see an AYA who has had cancer at some point during their nursing career. Anticipating the physcial, emotional, and practical concerns of this population can assist the nurse in providing the best care possible.

Excellent presentation in a limited amount of time. Very good overview of blood cancers, especially for those not working in oncology or for nurses who work only with solid tumor cancers.

Excellent incorporation of patient stories with educational information. Brings the point home.
Only negative thing for me was the people speaking (both educator and patient) were not looking straight ahead as though they were speaking to the viewer of the video. It was always off to their right.

Excellent basic overview of a often neglected cancer. Great info for the generalist nurse as well as the oncology nurse who never sees ovarian cancer patients.
