I found this course to be excellent in presentation. I think as nurses we can lose sight of the depth of trauma a serious illness causes to the patient and especially in this age group.

This is the best CNE course I've taken. The YouTube videos with the patients and careproviders were powerful. Although I work with quite a few AYA cancer patients, I learned a lot from this course. Thank you so much! I can't wait to share this at work!

I have been an LVN for 27 years and this is the first time I have ever had such an informative CE. It will make me look at AYA's a little differently now. This is one training that no one should miss!!!!!

priceless.

The information provided through the real life stories of these adolescents and young adults is very informative, not only for oncology nurses, but for ALL nurses. Regardless of the area of specialty, nurse are likely to see an AYA who has had cancer at some point during their nursing career. Anticipating the physcial, emotional, and practical concerns of this population can assist the nurse in providing the best care possible.
