This course not only helped with school but with personal issues as well. Many YA decide to postpone treatment because finding a cure makes the diagnosis real. They decide to talk themselves out of it and think it cant happen to the younger population. Very insightful

AYA The Population that I thought was very healthy and did not get too sick!

AYA population is difficult to treatment because they do not like to open up and talk about things. Overcoming this barrier and getting AYA in to thorough physical assessments regardless of feeling sick or not may help decrease the rate of CA and help to bring cure if diagnosed early and treatment early. I enjoyed every participate and pray that the Lord Jesus manifests healing to everyone as to all people all over the world because Jesus is love and wanted his people to love and be healthy. PEACE!.

Very informative, done from the perspective of the patient as well as the multidisciplinary team caring for the patient. It is very important that someone diagnosed with cancer be able to have someone that can relate to when dealing with the disease. They are happy with the healthcare provider but would prefer to also have someone that will relate to them and has gone through the struggle.

I would recommend this continuing education any healthcare provider. It doesn't matter what field you are in. It is insightful and the personal journies that the survivors share will open your eyes to their very special emotional needs. A big thank you to them for their bravery and honesty.

Excellent brought across the uniqueness of these individuals and how chronic pains are often ignored. They have a lack of insurance, many are dating or trying to establish a family. Sexuality is a common issue that is often overlooked by medical professionals.
